Upon confirmation of your participation, email [email protected] within 24 hours the following. Your email should include your professional headshot, a brief biography, a value proposition tailored to our audience, and a video clip demonstrating your virtual professionalism. If you have authored a book, please attach a copy or PDF with three key points. We also request your mailing address so we can dispatch a personalized note of thanks from April. If incomplete or missing information, the Program reserves the right to utilize its creative resources and conduct independent research to create suitable content for your appearance.

To ensure the show's long-term viability and maximize the value we provide to our guests, we have implemented a viewership benchmark. Episodes featuring guest appearances will be archived after a reasonable timeframe if they don't reach a minimum of 50 views.

Short Content Creation - We understand the power of bite-sized content for audience engagement. At our discretion, we may create short-form content (e.g., snippets, highlights) from your episode.

Additional Short Content Options - If you're interested in promoting your appearance further, we offer two options for creating additional short content: 

Purchase: You can purchase a custom-made short content piece tailored to your needs. 

Quid Pro Quo: We may collaborate to create short content in exchange for mutually beneficial promotion or exposure.

Thumbnail Policy - Our production team will use creative liberty to create the thumbnail for your episode, ensuring visual alignment with the podcast's branding and episode content. Once produced, thumbnails cannot be modified to guarantee consistency and streamline our workflow.

To ensure you have promotional materials that meet your satisfaction, please submit your headshot, bio, and any social media handles you'd like included within the timeframe specified in the guest appearance agreement sent after your appearance form is submitted.

By participating in the Program, you grant the host, as the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, the ownership of all rights related to your voice, image, and performance, including the right to use, promote, and distribute the Program worldwide in any format. The recordings and any materials prepared for the Program are considered "Work(s)-Made-For-Hire" within the meaning of the United States Copyright Act (17 USC §101, et seq).

You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for your appearances in the Program and waive the right to inspect or approve the Program's content. You agree that your name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Program but not necessarily as an endorsement of any other product or service.

By agreeing to these terms, you release and discharge the Program, together with all of the Program’s principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assigns, and affiliates, from all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the Program and Materials.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and fully competent to execute this agreement, and no other contracts currently exist that would prevent you from transferring these rights to the Program or their successors and assigns. You agree not to contest the rights conveyed herein and acknowledge that the Program intends to rely on this release and the rights granted herein.

Acknowledging in any format signifies your understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement.
